Strengthening Virtual Communication & Workplace Culture

This project was inspired by the realities of working in a fully remote environment, where effective communication and team cohesion are essential for success. Through collaborative brainstorming sessions with employees and managers, key challenges in virtual communication were identified, shaping the foundation for a targeted training initiative.

The primary goal was to establish clear objectives that would drive meaningful improvements in community-building and workplace culture. A strategic plan was developed to increase employee satisfaction by 30% by the end of the year, with insights mapped out to guide the training approach.

From this framework, an Articulate Rise course is being designed to address common needs, ensuring that employees feel more connected, engaged, and empowered in a remote work setting.
